- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
- Conduct reference checks, background checks, and verification of employment and educational qualifications.
- Extend offers of employment, negotiate salary packages, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
